This weekend I found myself enjoying the most wonderful meal with friends and family seeing off our good friend Hubert McCabe. Yes of the 62 variety and most celebrated as a cuisine director from the far north country of New York. He has left Harmony Farm.

he is still in the proverbial here,
he has ventured to the west coast. Gas car transit.
still, please, a moment of
FOR IT IS...
is a terrible thing to most who know him and then our diets.
It is also a terrible thing for my shoe size...
I now have to manufacture my Biodiesel else where.
And where is elsewhere... working on it & undisclosed
