HUES on FIRST

Last week was bananas.
I love Brad, Jackie, Otis. On the day of this particular wedding I woke at their Hostel.
UCSC hosted a conference based on rethinking art as social practice ... Intervene! Interrupt!

So many panels, lectures, performances, happenings, shows and drinks.
I was so excited by the folks who had come through, all their energy and insight. It was a blast.
This photo captured an extremely tired and hungover dynamic duo, which if clicked will take you into a time machine of events by artists that in no way are art that aired on NPR in the Whitney, follow ...
anyway nice shot Lizabeth Rossof
you helped us save face.

And back to Hue.
I think it can be called a widow maker... a four plus one
6'3" x 19" x 2.5"
I think it can be called sweat shop, Tony Zhu churns them out

FULL OF CLASS

When I got something to say, I get out my soap box.
They do it too, at UCSC and in my class.

SATURDAY FOR SHORE

This morning went over to a friends house
to hot coat the bottom of my new wip he has just finished shaping for me.
No waves except the ones we made.

It turned into a surf shop kind of a day, as I had only set out for morning, Kenya can attest.

Down the stairs to open presents,
I got the call last night that the image was glassed on,
yes in Santa Cruz the word is
Sick!
